Hey Utah. Fuck you. Again.

REMEMBER Jared Massey? The dude that was brutally tasered by the Utah thugs? Remember the investigation, that found the thugs' actions to be "lawful and reasonable"?

This apparently generated enough publicity that there has been a new bill introduced into the Utah Senate (SB260) to keep this kind of thing from happening again. Sounds fantastic right? A step in the right direction, which is to protect the people from the police?

Think again. Apparently its still perfectly acceptable for civilians to be tortured by the police. What is unacceptable is that the public finds out what the thugs are doing.

Yes, you read this correctly. Senate Bill SB260, introduced by Senator Chris Butters, will prevent evidence of police misconduct from being available to the public.

Unbelievable.

Thugs: Incident #7592

Today's installment of Cowards With Tasers is brought to you by state of Kansas.

Background: The police are responding to a shooting call. Naturally, they break down the door of the wrong house, where they find a guy getting out of the bathtub, wearing only a towel.

Donnell Williams had just gotten out of the bath tub, wearing only a towel around his waist, when he turned the corner to see guns pointing right at him.

And this is where it gets interesting. The guy, whose only crime was taking a bath, apparently didn't respond to commands to show his hands.

Because he was deaf.

Officers were worried about their own safety because at the time it appeared Williams was refusing to obey their commands to show his hands. That's when they shot him with a Taser.

They shot him because they were worried about their own safety. I can totally understand. If me and ten of friends, warning armor and carrying a bazillion weapons, were to bash in a bathroom door and find a guy getting out of a bathtub, wearing only a towel, pointing to his ears screaming "I can't hear! I can't hear!" I'd be worried about my safety too.

Pathetic.

Tasers = Torture

THIS just in from the No Shit Sherlock Derpartment.

"The use of these weapons causes acute pain, constituting a form of torture,'' the UN's Committee against Torture said.

In addition to its other claims for fame, the United States can now be noted for arming its police with instruments of torture for use against its citizens.

Lawyers, start your engines!

Thugs: Incident #8746 (a.k.a. Fuck Utah)

Reason number 5,674 not to go to Utah. Their pigs are worse than the average pigs, and they will shoot you with a Taser if you ask why you are being given a ticket. Someone please tell me what the hell that sadistic fuck is doing with a badge.

The more I watch this, the more disgusted I am. I hope that shithole of a state goes bankrupt from the lawsuit.

Feel free to contact them, I did:

I am wrting from Florida to express my disgust at the way Jared Massey, who committed no crime other than ask for clarification on a traffic citation, was tortured by one of your officers.

This man posed no threat whatsoever, and was traveling with his wife and infant child. I have never seen or heard of a more clear-cut case of police brutality.

After seeing the video I took it upon myself to read more about this case, only to be shocked to discover that this officer, whose conduct is a stain on the other men and women who choose the honorable profession of law enforcement, has not been dismissed, or even suspended.

After seeing this video, I have decided that I will never travel to the state of Utah for the remainder of my natural life, as the evidence suggests that visitors to your state are in danger of being tortured by your thugs.

Additionally, I have posted this video to my website, which provides analysis of current events to thousands of readers in just under one hundred countries worldwide.

I eagerly await the outcome of this case.

Thugs: Incident #9424

SO some guy is driving along, and he has a diabetic seizure (as in the kind that can kill you). He pulls over to the side of the road, and passes out. And then the cops show up. Fantastic, right? What a lucky guy! The cops will call the ambulance, and this guy's life is now no longer in danger.

Wrong.

Because he was having a diabetic seizure and unresponsive to commands, he got shot with a Taser and was booked for DUI and resisting arrest. Let me say that again. A 54 year old man, barely conscious, and in a state of diabetic arrest, got shot with a Taser, and booked for DUI and resisting arrest.

Incredibly enough, even though the police have been made aware of his medical condition, and tests show show absolutely zero alcohol in his system, the DUI and resisting arrest charges have not been dropped.
