The legacy of Agent Orange

DURING the Vietnam War, the Vietcong used the forests as cover to launch attacks against US forces. In an effort to kill the forests and remove this advantage, the US sprayed Agent Orange. These pictures at slate.com, taken 30 years later, show the horrifying consequences of chemical warfare.

Warning: some of these pictures are fucked up.

What price will innocent Iraqis pay 30 years from now for our greed?
