In case you were wondering what sort of eployment history is necessary to land the top job of FEMA, wonder no more. All you have to do is be the commissioner of judges for the International Arabial Horse Association for about ten years or so, get asked to resign for incompetence, have a buddy from college who is friendly from the administration, and then you too can be in charge of FEMA.

To paraphrase Rumsfeld - as you know, you have plan a disaster recovery with the FEMA director you have, not the FEMA director you want.
